Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Landscape Account Manager for our Louisville, OH location. The Account Manager serves as a primary contact for Enviroscapes’ clients. They build and sustain long-term relationships, with a focus on client retention and business development, while providing oversight for field operations. Additionally, we are looking for the type of leader who motivates and encourages the team toward greater efficiency and has a vision for future growth.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The selected candidate can expect a market competitive base salary range of $45k to $69k a year along with company cell phone, iPad, vehicle, and bonuses and/or profit sharing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business within your assigned branch with P&L oversight.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify, estimate, and sell annual Maintenance and Snow contracts.
  • Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
  • Meet with clients to ensure Enviroscapes communicates performance and services.
  • Audit properties for compliance with contract.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Proactively pursue renewals with current customers.
  • Communicate with Field leadership on client needs and expectations (Internal Voice of the Client).
  • Assist Branch Manager in overall leadership of the branch, Human Capital, and Asset Management.
  • Ensure Financial Targets are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both contract work and ancillary services.
  • Create work plans and ensure they are followed to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 3 or more years’ experience in customer service, management, or business development in the Green Industry.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Desire to learn all aspects of running a business and willingness to get directly involved wherever needed to support the team.
  • Ability to create a positive environment for employees which encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to coach, manage, and develop a team.
  • Positive attitude, takes initiative, team oriented, and strong role model.
  • Driver’s License, ability to pass DOT Physical (CDL Not-Required).
  • This position is fast-paced and takes a competitive spirit to be successful.
  • Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required. We are a non-smoking/vaping, drug-free company.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs, move about the work site, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork.
  • Exposed to dust, pollen, chemicals, cold and heat in an external environment.
  • Requires extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting, up to 100% of a workday.
  • External environment with all weather and terrain exposure. Safety equipment includes gloves, company uniform, earplugs and safety glasses.
